About GramKitchen

GramKitchen is an independent toolkit for cooks and restaurants. It started from a simple annoyance: every « cups to grams » chart online uses one generic density for every ingredient, which is wrong by 10 to 30 percent.

Every converter here uses the measured density of the ingredient itself, from published reference data we cross-check and, where flagged « kitchen-tested », measured on a scale. Substitution ratios state where they work and where they fail.

The restaurant tools follow the same rule: the allergen matrix uses the canonical Annex II list of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, and everything runs in your browser — no account, no upload, your recipes stay yours.
